I can’t believe it’s November already! Time is really flying by, but I couldn’t be more excited for this holiday season. Once November hits, I’m overwhelmed with excitement and happiness because I love this time of year! There’s so much to look forward to.
As Thanksgiving approaches us, I can’t help but think of what my outfit that day will be, yes I’m that girl… I can’t help it. It’s normally pretty cold in Pittsburgh at the end of November, so I always go for something warm and cozy.
I put together one of my favorite Thanksgiving looks to share with you all! It’s a more laid back look rather than dressy. When I think of fall/Thanksgiving colors, a lot of browns, tans, and orange tones come to mind. I tend to lean towards more neutral colors, that’s what you’ll see in this look.
Layering is one of my favorite ways to style. You’ll see me layering outfits in a lot of my posts. I love layering with a good body suit. The one I’m wearing in this post is from Naked Wardrobe. I love body suits because they’re super comfortable, and I don’t have to worry about them moving or riding up since they snap in place.
The brown pull over that I’m wearing over the body suit is from Old Navy. I actually bought this years ago, and I still love it. It’s the perfect combination for Thanksgiving Day. The cowl neck keeps me warm, and I don’t mind the short sleeves, since it’s layered on top of a long sleeve body suit.
Of course I paired my outfit with some comfy jeans. Jeans are my go to, and always will be. Since I am wearing jeans, I decided to dress it up a little bit with high heeled booties. These booties are so comfortable, and add that something extra to add more style to the outfit.
Thanksgiving is all about being comfortable, and of course I have to add a stylish element in there with the layering and booties!
Cheers to a wonderful holiday season!
